First big Friday of the summer looming large!

Juniors and seniors who've paid their subs can pick their shirts up from 19h on Friday 19 April

Big junior kick off and 'kit day' incoming!
Mark Friday 19 April in your diaries. Why? As that's the first big Friday of the season on Twickenham Green.

Training and Boerewurst
If there's one person in and around Twickenham CC who has enjoyed the weather in the last few weeks, it's the TCC groundsman, Nigel Gordon. The Green is looking lush, the square is looking decent and indeed with a fair wind (and we mean that literally - a few breezy days would really help) we should be all stations go for the first Big Friday night of 2024.

What does that mean exactly? Well, the TCC junior sides from the U9s upwards will be training whilst everyone will hopefully be eating, drinking and being merry. Indeed, Eugene Berger has been looking forward to getting back to preparing Boere Burgers and plenty more for months on end.

TCC Kit Day
Friday 19 April is also officially TCC 'Kit Day'. If you've paid your annual subscriptions then you can come to the Green on Friday night (from 19h) and pick up your brand spanking new playing shirt. That applies both to juniors and indeed seniors.

If you're not sure whether you've paid (!), then do simply ping Eugene or Dan a line and they'll point you in the right direction.

Go well everyone, let's hope for a bit of dry weather and bring on 2024
